Cross WRITING INSTRUMENTS FULL PERPETUAL WARRANTY GUARANTEE
All Cross writing instruments and desk set penholder mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age. Any Cross product or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced when received at our factory from the consumer (postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer and processing fees may apply). Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable Cross product. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations, are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. The Cross guarantee extends our assurance of a lifetime of writing pleasure to every owner of a Cross writing instrument.
This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Cross Townsend® Fine Tip Stylus Limited One Year Warranty
Cross Townsend® Fine Tip Stylus is unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure for one year from the date of original purchase. Any Cross Townsend® Fine Tip Stylus requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Cross at no charge to you when it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the limited warranty period, and when it is received from you at our factory with proof of purchase.
The tips of the Townsend® Fine Tip Stylus are consumable items which are expected to wear over time and will require eventual replacement as a result of normal usage, and will be replaced under this limited warranty only if found defective. In the event the Townsend® Fine Tip Stylus is no longer in production and cannot be repaired or replaced, it will be replaced with a comparable Cross product.
Materials which have become worn in the course of normal use are excluded for this limited warranty. Logos, engraving and other decorations are also excluded from this warranty, as are parts damaged from impact, abuse, or unreasonable use.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. This limited warranty is therefore the sole and exclusive remedy for this product, and is offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability.
In no event shall Cross be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character including, without limitation, physical damage to the surface of hand-held PCs, cell phones, smart phones, or other electronic devices. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Cross Leather Limited One-Year Warranty
All Cross personal accessories are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure and defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Any Cross accessory or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge when received from the consumer at our service center. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer, and processing fees may apply. Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable Cross product. Logos, engraving and other decorations are excluded from this warranty, as are parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse, and materials which become worn in the course of normal use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Cross Timepiece Limited One-Year Warranty
This Cross timepiece is warranted by Cross to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of receipt. During the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at our option, without charge for either parts or labor.
Excluded from this warranty are timepiece bracelets, strap, crystal, case, battery, any timepiece accessories, emblems or customized decoration and timepieces or parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. Damage not resulting from a defect in material or workmanship, damage caused by tampering or damage resulting from repairs not performed by Cross are not covered by this warranty.
Cross disclaims liability for consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty, including warranty of merchantability, with respect to this timepiece. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Cross limits the duration of any implied warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability, to two years from the date of receipt. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Customers are advised to obtain insurance against loss or damage when shipping products to Cross. Without proof of shipment, Cross cannot replace product it does not receive.
